Help! I'm trying to exchange a ring for a different size and it's not working
If you're unable to submit your exchange for another ring size, it's because our return & exchange portal limits exchanges dependent on inventory levels. This means the ring you've selected is too low in stock for an exchange.
The best thing to do in this scenario is to set up a return to store credit instead since there's no return fee for this and our store credit never expires!
Once your return is received and checked at our warehouse, your store credit will be emailed to you within 5 business days. From there, you can place a new order for any in stock items you'd like.
I'm worried the ring I wanted to exchange for will sell out before I receive the store credit
We totally understand! In this case, we recommend placing your new order right away and returning your original ring in the incorrect size for a full refund to your original payment method instead. Please note returns for a full refund are subject to a return shipping fee of $7.95 USD.
Once your return is received and checked at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
If you'd prefer to avoid the return shipping fee, a return to store credit is still a good option! Low stock is a range—it could mean there's 2 left or 20 left, so it's possible you'd receive your store credit while the ring is still available. We just recommend dropping off your return package using the pre-paid label provided to the post office ASAP to expedite the process as much as possible!
