What is the online Samples & Seconds Sale?
Our online Sample & Seconds Sale only happens once a year! You'll find pieces from our jewelry design process we loved that never made it online, never-before-seen styles, gems with minor imperfections and blemishes (see below for more details), styles from the archives, and overstocked pieces. Think of this as the O&P outlet!
Quantities are limited, there's no restocks, and items in your cart are not reserved—so you'll want to move fast!
All included items will have "(sample)" listed in their name to indicate that they're part of the sale.
All Sample & Seconds Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the sale and high order volume, order cancellation and edit requests cannot be accommodated.
By purchasing, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the sale terms and conditions.
What does imperfections or blemishes mean?
Each item has may have different minor imperfections. While we do our best to provide as much info as possible for what to expect with these pieces, the photos online may not show the exact imperfections on the specific item(s) you receive. Here are some common imperfections:
Can I use a discount code on my order?
Discount codes, including O&P Club Rewards, cannot be applied to sale items. Regular priced items in your cart are eligible for discount code use, dependent on the terms & conditions of the code you're looking to use.
Will I earn O&P Club points when I shop?
Yes, you'll still earn O&P Club points! However, O&P Club Rewards cannot be redeemed on sale items (see above for discount code use info).
Can I pay with a gift card or store credit?
All regular payment methods are accepted, including both gift cards and store credits.
When will my order ship?
All orders will ship within 1 week of purchase. You can find our delivery timelines here.
I live in Vancouver—is local pick up an option?
The sale is online only. Your order will be shipped to you directly via the address provided at checkout.
Why was I refunded for my order?
If you received an email about receiving a refund, this happened because an item(s) you ordered was no longer available. We do our best each year to ensure our online Sample & Seconds Sale goes as smoothly and seamlessly as possible, however due to the high volume and hectic nature of this sale, there may be instances where orders are placed faster than our website can accurately update inventory. If this is the case, we're so sorry about this! Receiving this email means our team has already processed your refund, although it can take up to 2-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement.
How can I reserve items?
Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to cart doesn't reserve it, so you'll need to be act fast!
The item I wanted is sold out—will there be more?
All items in our online Sample & Seconds sale are available in limited quantities, so once they're sold out, they're gone for good.
What if my order has items that aren't part of the sale?
No problem! You can still shop regular priced items during the online Sample & Seconds Sale on the same order. Regular priced items will fall under our regular return policy.
Will you be hosting an in-person Vancouver Sample & Seconds Sale this year?
