When is the last day to order in time for Christmas?

🇨🇦 Canadian & 🇺🇸 US Orders

Standard shipping: order before December 15

Express shipping: order before December 20

Please note these dates don’t take into account the possibility of delays due to holidays, customs clearance, weather, etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time and/or charges. 

We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages with standard shipping delivered outside the estimated time frame. For guaranteed delivery with signature, please refer to our express shipping options.

Any issues fulfilling your order could result in longer processing times than stated below. In these cases, you’ll receive an email requesting any further info needed to successfully fulfill your order.

Express shipping: order before December 16

Do you have an extended holiday return policy?

Qualifying purchases made from November 15th to December 15th are eligible for return or exchange until January 15th, 2026.

Qualifying purchases made after December 15th are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase under our regular policy.
