All Canadian and international orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. All US orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, USA.
The below processing and shipping timelines are only estimates and don’t take into account the possibility of delays due to high volume from sale periods, holidays, customs clearance, weather, etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time and/or charges.
We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages with standard shipping delivered outside the estimated time frame. For guaranteed delivery with signature, please refer to our express shipping options.
Any issues fulfilling your order could result in longer processing times than stated below. In these cases, you’ll receive an email requesting any further info needed to successfully fulfill your order.

Express Shipping
Your order will be processed within 1 business day of being placed. From there, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days.
🇺🇸 USA
US orders may be subject to customs fees, which we are not responsible for. By placing an order, you take on the responsibility of paying for any fees incurred.
Standard Shipping

Express Shipping
Your order will be processed within 1 business day of being placed. From there, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Once international orders with standard shipping have left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee real-time tracking updates. For more information on the delivery of your package, we recommend contacting your local post office as we will not have access to any additional information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped with standard shipping. If you require guaranteed delivery, please choose the express shipping option.
